The joint complex of the five Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) was realised in 1997-1999 with a joint public building – the Felleshus (Community House) – in Berlin.

Our services consisted of monitoring the extensive rehabilitation work within the framework of the deficiency tracking – in coordination with the five countries – during ongoing operation after completion in October 1999.

OPM was able to successfully handle the complex subject of the redevelopment work, both in the conceptual preparation and in the organizational support, with custom-fit solutions and strategic communication.
